FinFlow AI (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates finflowsai.com and the FinFlow AI mobile application (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
FinFlow AI is designed so that you never need to create an account or share personal financial data to use our calculators. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any financial credentials unless you contact us directly (e.g., via our support email), in which case we collect only what you voluntarily provide.
1.2 Calculator inputs
All calculator inputs (loan amounts, interest rates, income figures, etc.) are processed locally in your browser or on your device. We do not transmit or store these values on our servers. Your financial data stays with you.
1.3 Usage & analytics data
With your consent, we collect anonymous usage information through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand which calculators are most useful and how users navigate the Service. This may include:
- Pages visited and calculators used
- Session duration and click interactions
- Device type, browser, and approximate geographic region (country / city level)
- Referral source (how you found us)
This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally. You can decline analytics cookies at any time via the consent banner or your browser settings.
1.4 Automatically collected technical data
Our hosting infrastructure may automatically log standard server data such as IP addresses, HTTP request headers, and error logs for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained for no more than 30 days and are not used for marketing.

- Operate, maintain, and improve the Service
- Understand which calculators and features are most valuable to users
- Detect and prevent security incidents or abuse
- Respond to support inquiries you initiate
- Comply with applicable legal obligations

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies:

You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking “Decline” on the cookie banner or by clearing your browser cookies. Withdrawing analytics consent does not affect your ability to use any calculator.
4. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with the following third parties, each governed by their own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics 4 — Analytics (only activated after you grant consent). See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Vercel / hosting provider — Serves the web application and may process standard request logs as described in Section 1.4.
- Exchange-rate API — Used by the currency converter calculator. Only the currency pair you select is sent; no personal data is transmitted.
5. Data Retention
Because we do not collect personal accounts or financial inputs, there is no persistent personal data to retain. Anonymous analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months per our GA4 configuration. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.
6. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights including:
- Access & portability — request a copy of data we hold about you
- Deletion — request erasure of personal data
- Objection / restriction — object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent — opt out of analytics cookies at any time

7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
8. International Data Transfers
FinFlow AI is operated from India and serves users globally. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other regions with data transfer restrictions, please note that anonymous analytics data may be processed on servers in the United States (Google Analytics). We rely on Google’s standard contractual clauses and compliance frameworks for such transfers.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect the Service and any data we process. However, no system is perfectly secure — please do not transmit sensitive financial credentials through any contact channels.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will add a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the revised policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
